The Michigan Journal of Health Law (MJoHL) welcomes submissions addressing questions at the intersection of law, medicine, public health, biotechnology, healthcare delivery, bioethics, health equity, and related fields. We welcome work from scholars, practitioners, clinicians, policymakers, and others whose scholarship engages contemporary issues in health law.
MJoHL values clear, rigorous, and focused scholarship. We are particularly interested in pieces in which law is a meaningful part of the problem, analysis, or proposed solution.
The 2026–2027 academic year will mark the Journal’s inaugural volume, and the Journal currently plans to publish two issues during that year.
